I'm not Catholic, should I go on Awakening?
Absolutely. Though the Catholic Community sponsors the retreat, it is intended for all students. Typically, only about half of the leaders for the retreat come from the Catholic Community with students from several other denominations making up the other half. Don't worry, we try very hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable on the retreat.

What if I have class on Friday afternoon?
You can be added to the official Student Affiars excused absence list. Your early departure from TCU on Friday afternoon will not be counted against you. The Awakening retreat is an official university event and professors are typically very understanding and willing to work with retreatants.

What should I bring on the retreat?
You'll receive an email from the co-directors after you sign up. This varies between Fall and Spring due to the weather.
